LIFT LOGS ("LiftLogs", "we", "us", or "our") builds a workout tracking application that helps you log workouts, monitor progress, and beat your personal records. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile apps, our website at https://liftlogs.io, and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide directly, information created as you use the Service, and limited technical information from your device.

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile details you choose to add. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture).
• Fitness and workout data: exercises, routines, sets, reps, weights, rest timers, personal records, notes, and workout history you record.
• Optional body metrics: figures such as body weight or measurements that you choose to enter to track progress.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, operating system, language, crash reports, and diagnostic information used to keep the app stable.
• Support communications: messages, feedback, and attachments you send when you contact us.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google OAuth to authenticate you. We request only the basic scopes needed to create and secure your account, namely your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or other Google services.

LiftLogs's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data solely to authenticate you, create and maintain your account, and provide core Service features. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service, comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings, and you can delete your account and associated data as described below.

• Provide the Service: authenticate you, store your workouts and routines, and sync your data across devices.
• Show your progress: generate history, charts, and personal-record highlights from the data you log.
• Maintain and improve the app: diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and features.
• Communicate with you: respond to support requests and send important service or security notices.
• Protect the Service: detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with the law: meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances below.

• Service providers: trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, store data, deliver email, and provide crash and analytics tooling, acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with continued protection under this policy.
• With your direction: when you ask us to share or export your data.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address vulnerabilities we discover.

• Correction: update inaccurate profile information from within the app.
• Deletion: delete your account and associated data (see the next section).
• Withdraw consent: disconnect Google Sign-In or stop using the Service at any time.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated workout data at any time from within the app's account settings, or by emailing info@liftlogs.io from the address associated with your account. Once verified, we permanently delete your personal data and workout history, except for limited records we are legally required to keep.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may process and store your information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
